Da bin ich gerade für unser Semester-Projekt auf der Suche nach “Inspirationen” zum Thema Chatterbots und stoße dabei auf das Subject Tracer Information Blog Chatterbots. Ich wunderte mich, dass es nur einen Blog-Eintrag, dafür mit ner Menge interessanter Links, existiert.

Also mal auf den Link Marcus P. Zillman’s Blog geklickt um zu sehen was das alles im innersten zusammenhält. Das sah ja auch interessant aus – der dritte Beitrag weißt auf LibWorm hin und auch ansonsten viel spannendes dabei. Dann schon wieder so ein Subject Tracer Information Blog (STIB) zu Deep Web Research. Hmm, diesmal folge ich dann aber doch dem Hinweis auf die Virtual Private Library, wo dann diese Sache mit den STIBs etwas klarer wird:

Etwas weiter darunter wird auf ein Interview mit diesem (langsam weniger mysteriösem) Zillman hingewiesen: The Future Of News: The Digital Information Librarian. Einmal mehr eine ganz interessante Perspektive auf den Beruf des Bibliothekars.  Gut gefällt mir auch das Zitat von Zillman:

This person has an immediate handle on what is happening with the flow of information and how to properly evaluate, disseminate and categorize all the incoming and outgoing information resources.

Was ist das Fazit? Neuer Blog in der Feedliste, ein paar nette Quellen zu Chatterbots und Deep Web Research und ich habe nun eine Ahnung was ein Subject Tracer Information Blog ist…
